Refund policy

Damages:

Slabbed Crusaders accepts returns of damages.

We need to be informed within 24 Hours of the items being delivered.

In the case of damaged or incomplete orders, please contact us at

slabbedcrusaders@gmail.com

Replacements or refunds will be provided, once the items are back with the store.

Postage of returns will be paid for by the store.

Returns:

We do not offer any other return policy, comics are classed as periodicals and are exempt from distance selling rules, so therefore we are not obliged to offer a 14 day cooling-off period.

We do reserve the right to accept returns on certain occasions, this will be at the discretion of the store, please contact the store within 1 day upon receit of delivery. 

For those occasions a return is accepted, the customer will be expected to pay the return postage for the items.

Refunds will then be issued on the returns, once the items arrive back with the store and are inspected and the store is happy they are in the same condition as sent.

Pre-orders:

We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders, unless the item has been cancelled by the creator / publisher / original retailer.

Cancellations:

We accept cancellations on 'In Stock' items, within 24 hrs of the order being placed, but once the order has shipped, we won't accept cancellations.
